The makers of Aranmanai 4 released the video of the Amman song featuring Simran and Khushbu Sundar on Monday. Composed by Hiphop Tamizha, with lyrics penned by Muthamil, the song has been sung by Aruna Ravindran and Mahalingam. 

Aranmanai 4, directed by Sundar C, hit the theatres on May 3. In addition to directing the film, Sundar C also plays a prominent role in the cast, which includes Raashi Khanna, Tamannaah Bhatia, Santhosh Pratap, Ramachandra Raju, Yogi Babu, Kovai Sarala, and VTV Ganesh, among others.

Following its theatrical release, the film received positive reception from critics and the audience. CE review of the film reads, " An in-form Sundar C finds the sweet spot between humour and horror. Though Aranmanai 4 follows familiar tropes, the film stands out due to a writing choice that does away with the done-to-death revenge angle."
