Vijay Sethupathi's DSP trailer out

The trailer of DSP, the upcoming film starring Vijay Sethupathi, was released on Friday. Directed by Ponram, DSP is produced by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam.

The trailer features Vijay Sethupathi as a cop named Vasco Da Gama. According to the glimpse, the cop is determined to take down the villains. Billed as a mass entertainer, the film also features former Miss India World Anukreety Vas, Shivani Narayanan, Cooku with Comali-fame Pugazh, Ilavarasu, Gnanasammandhan, Deepa, and Singampuli.

With cinematography by Venkatesh S and Dinesh Krishnan B, DSP will be edited by Vivek Harshan and bankrolled by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam. One of the songs from the film, Nalla Irumaa is sung by Udit Narayan.

Meanwhile, DSP has also been certified with U/A by the censor board. Vijay Sethupathi, last seen in the Malayalam film 19(1)(a), has a handful of projects lined up including Michael, Merry Christmas, Viduthalai, Mumbaikar, and Jawan.
