The makers of Udhayanidhi Stalin's Kalaga Thalaivan have unveiled the trailer of the film in an event held in Chennai.

Directed by Magizh Thirumeni of Thadaiyara Thaakka and Thadam-fame, the film looks like violent actioner that will touch on some serious issues. Although the promo doesn't give away much of the storyline, it promises thriller high on violence in which the protagonist, played by Udhayanidhi, is pulled into action.

The film will reportedly feature Udhayanidhi is two different looks, each set eight years apart in the storyline.

The film, which stars Nidhi Agarwal as the female lead, also features Aarav and Kalaiyarasan in prominent roles, and it looks like the former is playing a negative role. The film has music by Arrol Corelli and background score by Srikanth Deva. The film is being produced by Udhayanidhi's Red Giant Movies.

Kalaga Thalaivan will release in theatres on November 18. Post this Udhayanidhi will be seen in Kannai Nambathey and Mari Selvaraj's Maamannan.
