The makers of the upcoming zombie thriller Estate released the film's trailer on Thursday. It has everything one expects from such a film -- creepiness, jump scares, bloodshed and gory figures. The film stars Kalaiyarasan, Ramya Nambessan, Daniel Annie Pope, and Sunainaa as the leads. Ashok Selvan is also there in an extended cameo.

According to the makers, the film is based on India’s most haunted private property. It is written and directed by debut filmmaker Karthik Vilvakrish while Venkatesh Vellineni is producing the film under his banner Divine Productions.

Guna Balasubramaniam has composed the music for the film, while Prakash Karunanithi has taken care of the editing. Ashwanth Rajan Dayal has handled the cinematography. The film is currently scheduled for a theatre release on 9 December.
