Darling is the latest Ondraga original single directed by Gautham Menon. The song composed by Karthik,  tells the story of what happened after the director's Guitar Kambi Mele Nindru ended. 
 

Nethra, played by Prayaga Rose Martin, is living with her single mother (Revathi), far from the thoughts of her ex-boyfriend(?) Kamal (Suriya). She has even blocked his contact to avoid him. But one fine day, Kamal reaches out to Nethra's mother requesting her to pass the song he had composed for his lady love. The song is revealed to be sung by Nethra herself before Kamal moved to London and he ends the text with a miss you note. An excited Nethra dances to the song, but the end replies Kamal saying he needn't miss her. 

Will Kamal and Nethra's on and off relationship tale continue in any other medium? Well, only man can answer that.
