GV Prakash's upcoming film Selfie's trailer was out and the film directed by debutant Mathi Maran, a former associate of Vetri Maaran, is a crime drama revolving around the education mafia. The film has Varsha Bollama, who was last seen in Middle Class Melodies, playing the female lead. 

The 90-second trailer presents us with a story of a group of men controlling the management seats of engineering and medical colleges. It also addresses present-day issues like NEET exams. 

The film also starring, Vaagai Chandrasekar, Sangili Murugan, Thangadurai, Subramaniam Shiva, Sam Paul, Vidya Pradeep has music by GV Prakash. 

Vishnu Rangasamy will be handling the cinematography of the film, while the editing is to be done by S Ilayaraja.

GV Prakash's Bachelor will be hitting the screens tomorrow. His new film Rebel, directed by debutant Nikesh went on floors today. Apart from this film, he has a slew of releases like Kadhalai Thedi Nithya Nandha, Kadhalikka Yarumillai and Idi Muzhakkam in the lineup.
