On Thursday, producer SR Prabhu shared on social media a poster offering the first look of a film that he is not directly associated with: Buried, starring Vetri. An investigation thriller, Buried explores the challenges of a police officer with the 'encounter specialist' tag, and the impact of his profession on him and his family. The first-look poster has news clippings related to police investigations, in addition to several masked men on motorbikes.
The upcoming film also stars Akshatha Srinivas and Chandini Tamilarasan in the female lead roles. The cast includes Balaji Sakthivel, Kodangi Vadivel, and Jenson Dhivakar, among others.
On the technical front, the film has music by John Robins, cinematography by KV Kiran, editing by Biju V Don Bosco, art direction by Velu S, and action choreography by Sugan.
