The film, which crossed the half-century mark over the weekend, earned Rs 1.41 crore (as per Sacnilk) on Monday after collecting Rs 4.03 crore on Sunday, registering a decline. Nonetheless, the film's worldwide gross now stands at Rs 53.05 crore, with its net collections standing at Rs 37.51 crore across 20,436 shows.

The comedy drama opened alongside Dhurandhar: The Revenge and Ustaad Bhagat Singh. The cast of the film also includes Anishma Anilkumar, Meenakshi Dinesh, Priyanshi Yadav, Abison Thevarasa, Karen Vincent, Devadarshini, and Suraj Venjaramoodu, among others.

In Youth, Praveen (Ken Karunaas) has to navigate the ups and downs of high school romance as he tries to salvage his performance for the sake of his parents. An excerpt from CE's review of the film reads, "Ken gets most things right and shines as a director, especially in the way he has extracted performances."

Youth is produced by Karuppiah C Ram, Sulochana Kumar, and Kali Rajkumar under the Paarvathaa Entertainments and Street Boy Studios banners. Ken, Vignesh Srikanth, and Eshwar Santhanalakshmi have written lyrics for the film. The technical crew of Youth includes music composer GV Prakash, Viki as the cinematographer, Nash as the editor, and Ramu Thangaraj as the art director. For the unversed, GV Prakash had composed music for Asuran (2018) and Vaathi (2023), which featured Ken in key supporting roles.
