The cast and crew of Youth attended an event earlier today where they thanked the press and media, the audience, and each other for the success of their film. Suraj Venjaramoodu was also present at the event. The actor started his speech on a humorous note, saying that everyone else spoke about what he wanted to say there. "Next time, you should call me on stage first in such functions," he said.

Suraj Venjaramoodu also showered his director-actor with effusive praise. "Youth gave me a good experience, and I would like to thank my director Ken for this." Acknowledging Ken Karunaas's background as an actor before his directorial debut, Suraj said, "When he was narrating the story to me, the clarity he had in each and every detail and his fire define his success." He added, referring to his writer-director, "You will scale greater heights. Now, I have become a big fan of your work. God bless you."

The actor also gave 'special thanks' to Ken's gang, his friends who played a pivotal part in the actor-director's journey in the film industry. "There would be twenty people in my caravan. Every one of them who comes to it is part of Ken's gang, not actors," Suraj added.

Suraj also had high words of praise for his Youth producer Karuppiah C Ram. "He would become a big producer. Special thanks to him," the actor said. He also gave a shout out to his Youth co-stars Nalini, Devadarshini, Anishma Anilkumar, Meenakshi Dinesh, and Priyanshi Yadav and commended each of them for their performance in the film. "I am a big fan of Devadarshini ma'am. I was a tad scared of speaking to her because I am not fluent in Tamil. However, she was joking around on set when there is no shoot. Hopefully, I would get another chance to work with you," the actor, who made his Tamil debut with Vikram in Veera Dheera Sooran, said.
