Composer-singer Sai Abhyankkar's song 'Pavazha Malli,' featuring him with Kayadu Lohar, has been trending ever since its release earlier this year. Meanwhile, the singer-composer dropped an unplugged version of the track.

In a video shared on Instagram earlier this Tuesday, Sai and Shruti Haasan can be seen singing the track. The two can be seen in a jovial mood as they lend their vocals to the lyrics. In addition to Sai, Shruti Haasan has also been receiving much appreciation for her singing of 'Pavazha Malli'.

The original version of the song has lyrics by Vivek and additional vocals of Sanjana Kalmanje, Arjun, Vaimu, Elisa, and Shiva. Singers such as Sushmita Narasimhan, Sivaranjini Chandramouli, Aparna Harikumar, Bavathayini Nagarajan, Shibi Srinivasan, Sudharsan Hemaram, and Manikandan Chembai have also been credited for the track.

'Pavazha Malli' marked Sai Abhyankkar's successful streak as an independent composer, following hits such as 'Katchi Sera,' 'Aasa Kooda,' and 'Sithira Puthiri'. His other song, 'Oorum Blood,' from the Pradeep Ranganathan-Mamitha Baiju starrer Dude, has also been massively popular among the masses. A combination of some of these tracks has made Sai one of the most happening music directors in South Indian cinema.
