Ahead of its theatrical release, a new trailer for Leader, has been released by its makers. The upcoming action drama, which was earlier set to release on April 9, has now been confirmed to open on April 3.
The newly released trailer, dubbed as the 'Action Trailer', shows a montage of action sequences across multiple settings, teasing the impact that these sequences will have on the story. The trailer ends on a somber note, as a deep bond is tested.
The upcoming film has been written and directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar, the maker of films like Ethir Neechal (2013) and Garudan (2023). Legend Saravanan, who headlines the film, has produced under his Legend Saravana Stores Productions.
The cast of the film also features Shaam, Andrea, Santhosh Prathap, Payal Rajput, Lal, Prabaharan, Amirtha Aiyer, VTV Ganesh, Iyal, Aishwarya, Mariam George, Nisha, “Adithya” Kathir.
Music for Leader has been composed by Ghibran, with Kabilan, Viveka, Mohan Rajan penning the lyrics. The crew of Leader also includes director of photography Venkatesh S, editor Pradeep E Ragav, art director G Durairaj, and stunt co-ordinator Mahesh Mathew.
