Meanwhile, a clip showing Vishal practicing modern dance steps amidst a group of religious percussionists on the set of Purushan has surfaced online. The actor channels his 'My Dear Loveru' vibes from Madha Gaja Raja as he performs the steps with full devotion, making 'ching' sounds with a Manjira in his hand, even as his make-up person touches him up. It is worth noting that the upcoming movie reunites the actor with his Madha Gaja Raja filmmaker.

The Sundar C directorial stars Vishal as the husband of Tamannaah Bhatia's character. A recent promotional video for the film shows him as a docile spouse doing chores in his domicile even as his wife watches a television show. Reportedly, the docility of the character is a facade for his proclivity for violence. The movie also stars Yogi Babu in an important role.

On the technical front, it has music by Hiphop Tamizha, cinematography by Gopi Amarnath, and editing by Roger. Sundar C is directing the movie from a screenplay with dialogues by Venkatt Ragavan, and it is produced by ACS Arun Kumar.
