Munishkanth, Redin Kingsley, Balaji Sakthivel join hands for an entertainer

Billed as a fantasy comedy, the upcoming film revolves around an ancient camera

Actors Munishkanth and Redin Kingsley are joining hands for an upcoming film. Directed by debutant Ashok Ram, the yet-to-be-titled film was launched on Wednesday with a customary pooja ceremony. Director Nithilan Saminathan attended the event as a special guest and extended his wishes to the team.

Billed as a fantasy comedy, the film revolves around an ancient camera. Further plot details are currently under wraps. Besides Munishkanth and Redin Kingsley, the comedy ensemble is backed by director-actor Balaji Sakthivel and Vivek Prasanna who play key roles alongside Kalki, Jenson Diwakar, Vinodh Munna, and Ananya S Rao.

The makers are planning to construct a grand set where the filming will take place.

On the technical team, the film has music by Anand Kashinath, cinematography by Sridhar Subramani and editing by Srikanth NB. The film is being produced by Jayakumar and Preethi under the banner of JP Cinemas.

Munishkanth was last seen in Radikaa Sarathkumar's Thaai Kizhavi and Vemal's Vadam. Both the films were released last week. Redin Kingsley was last seen in Anupama Parameswaran's Lockdown.
