Sanath has his heart divided on the two women he fell in love with at different points in his life in Heartin. The upcoming romantic drama, directed by Kishore Kumar sees Sanath caught between Madonna Sebastian and Emaya and is unable to shake the feelings he has for both of them

The nearly two-minute-long trailer suggests that Sanath fell in love with Madonna's character after which they separate due to unknown reasons. He then meets Emaya in Jaipur and develops feelings for her. But during a vacation when Emaya and Madonna join without his knowledge, chaos erupts, leading to comedic and some tense moments. Heartin also seems to have a deeply emotional angle with Sanath's character experiencing heartbreak and holding onto a lot of confusion on whom to choose as his life partner.

The film also stars 'Whatsapp' Mani, Debnita Kar, among others. On the technical team, the film has Mukes handling cinematography, Rajesh Murugesan composing music, and Barath Vikraman handling the cuts. Heartin has been produced by R Ravindran under the banner of Trident Arts and co-produced by Step One Studios. It is slated to release in theatres on June 26.

Sananth was last seen in a prominent role in the film Neelira, directed by Someetharan and produced by filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj. He made cameo appearances in Jigarthanda DoubleX (2023) and Demonte Colony 2 (2024). Madonna, meanwhile, was last seen in Jolly O Gymkhana. Madonna also awaits the release of Adhirshtasaali, directed by Mithran Jawahar and headlined by Madhavan.
