After announcing that actor Dinesh's upcoming film Karuppu Pulsar will release in theatres on January 30, the makers said on Sunday that the trailer will be revealed on January 26 at 10 AM by actor Jiiva and filmmaker Rajesh M.

Karuppu Pulsar is directed by Murali Krish in his directorial debut. Murali previously worked with director M Rajesh, known for Siva Manasula Sakthi (2009) and Boss Engira Baskaran (2010), as an assistant director, along with working on the screenplays of Rajesh's films.

Centred around Jallikattu, the film will revolve around two men, one from Chennai with a pulsar, and another from Madurai with a bull named Karuppu. The film will chronicle the changes that take place in their lives after they meet.

The cast of the film also includes Reshma Venkatesh, Madhunika, Saravanan Subbaiah, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Kalaiyarasan.

Produced by Dr Sathya Murali Krishnan, the film has Inbaraj Rajendran has composing music and writing the lyrics. The crew of the film also includes Baskar Arumugam as the director of photography, Sasi Daksha as the editor, Soundhar as the art director, and Ramesh as the stunt choreographer.
