Kalaiyarasan and Ritu Varma are all set to headline Street, the makers announced on Thursday, on the occasion of Pongal. The film is helmed by Harshavardhan. The first-look poster of the film features Kalaiyarasaran doing a martial arts kick facing backwards, with a lot of junk and scrap lined up upon one another in the background. A few characters are also seen in the poster.

More details about the film's extended cast, genre, plot and release date are awaited. Backed by B and H Productions, the film will feature camera work by Abinandhan Ramanujam, editing by Prasanna GK and music composed by S Vedshanker.

Kalaiyarasan was last seen in Thandakaaranyam alongside VR Dinesh. He also had the release of Trending last year. Meanwhile, the actor's long-pending Titanic is yet to see the light of day. Ritu Varma last featured opposite Sundeep Kishan in Mazaka. She was also seen in Devika & Danny.
