With Kadhal Reset Repeat, directed by AL Vijay, set for a theatrical release on March 6, the makers announced that the film has cleared the censorship formalities with a U certificate.

The trailer glimpse of the film suggests that the male and female leads are struggling to understand the realities after being diagnosed with amnesia.

Kadhal Reset Repeat stars Madumkesh and Jiya Shankar in the lead roles. They will be making their debuts as leads with the upcoming film. While Madumkesh, previously seen in Adiyae, Jiya has starred in the Tamil and Telugu films Kanavu Variyam and Hyderabad Love Story, respectively. Arjun Ashokan, Jayaprakash, and Viji Chandrashekar are also a part of the film's cast.

On the technical front, Kadhal Reset Repeat will feature music by Harris Jayaraj, cinematography by Arvind Krishna, and editing by Anthony. Kadhal Reset Repeat has a story by A Mahadev and AL Vijay, with a screenplay by A Mahadev and dialogues by AL Vijay. Sunny Denvi is producing the film along with Prabha Premkumar as a co-producer. D Studios and Denvi Productions are the banners backing the film.

AL Vijay, known for delivering hits with Kireedam, Madrasapattinam, and Deiva Thirumagal, has previously directed Mission: Chapter 1, starring Arun Vijay and Amy Jackson.
