The first single from Mental Manadhil, which is directed by Selvaraghavan and starring GV Prakash Kumar in the lead. Titled 'Uyire Uyire', the single is set to be released on February 23.

Mental Manadhil is the third collaboration between Selvaraghavan and GV Prakash, after Aayirathil Oruvan (2010) and Mayakkam Enna (2011). But the upcoming film will be the first time GV Prakash is headlining a film by Selvaraghavan. The director will be writing the lyrics with Kapil Kapilan.

Madhuri Jain, who has previously starred in Sivakumarin Sabadham (2021) and the series, Triples, is also starring in the film. Parallel Universe Pictures is producing Mental Manadhil.

Meanwhile, GV Prakash's latest film, Lucky The Superstar, premiered on JioHotstar, today. Selvaraghavan is also working on 7/G Rainbow Colony 2, which stars Ravi Krishna and Anaswara Rajan. Yuvan Shankar Raja, who has collaborated with Selvaraghavan on multiple projects, including 7/G Rainbow Colony.
