We had earlier reported that music composer Darbuki Siva has onboarded the technical crew of Vikranth's upcoming film, directed by Joseph Deepan S. In the latest cast update of the film, the makers have announced that actors Thambi Ramaiah and Thalaivasal Vijay have joined.

With just one month into 2026, Thambi Ramaiah has already had two releases: Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil and Hot Spot 2 Much. Meanwhile, Thalaivasal Vijay was last seen in the anthology drama film Anantha, directed by Suresh Krissna. The film was about the miracles in the lives of Sathya Sai Baba's followers.

The yet-to-be-titled film is produced by R Sasi Kumar and Fazall Raja under their banners, IQ Cinemas and Little Crew Productions.

Vikranth's recent appearance was in Ganesh Karthikeyan's LBW: Love Beyond Wicket, which was the actor's maiden web series. On the theatrical front, he had four releases last year, of which in two he made cameo appearances: Bun Butter Jam and Will. He also starred in Murugadoss-Sivakarthikeyan's Madharaasi and Vijay Kartikeyaa-Sudeepa's Mark, which was his first Kannada film.
