SJ Suryah: 'Sardar 2 gave me a big high'

SJ Suryah will face-off against Karthi in Sardar 2, which is set to release on September 10

Actor SJ Suryah has become well known for his roles in various shades of grey and black. His villaineous ventures have earned him positive accalaim from the audience. The actor will next face-off against Karthi in Sardar 2, which is set to release on September 10.

Speaking about his experience in working on Sardar 2, in a conversation with star Karthi and director PS Mithran, SJ Suryah said, "After Maanaadu (2021) and Mark Antony (2023), Sardar 2 gave me a big high. The process gave me a big high."

"I have been blessed to get the opportunity to work on a lot of good films, and I am able to go and work on them and get a high on them. But in a specific few, the high you get is much greater, and I felt that on this film," said the actor.

Meanwhile, Karthi added, "Speaking about Mark Antony (2023), I remember enjoying the film so much, especially with the scene on the bus, and you saying, 'Silk-ah?" He added that he was so excited while watching it in the theatre that he leapt off the seat in excitement.

The cast of Sardar 2 includes Malavika Mohanan, Ashika Ranganath, Yogi Babu, and Rajisha Vijayan, among others. The upcoming film shows SJ Suryah as the head of a criminal organisation.
