Actor Ravi Mohan, last seen in Parasakthi, is currently filming for a number of projects. Recently, during a press meet, the actor was asked the hottest question most actors are being asked frequently after actor Vijay's political victory.

When asked if he has any political aspirations, Ravi Mohan gave a very diplomatic answer. "Good deeds and acts of benevolence can be done by anyone. One doesn't have to necessarily be a politician for doing such deeds. Those who have an interest in politics are entering the field," he said.

But the actor did not rule out the possibility either. "If I develop that interest too, there's nothing wrong for me to become a part of the field as well. Anybody can come to politics, and good things can be done by anyone anywhere," he added.

On the work front, Ravi Mohan is currently busy shooting for his directorial debut, An Ordinary Man. Recently, in an interview, he revealed details about the film's plot. "As you've seen in the promo, this is the story of an ordinary man. It's about the extraordinary character of an ordinary man. What could be more extraordinary than the character of an ordinary human being? That's the ultimate truth," he said.

Further, he recently joined the sets of Benz, which is a part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe. He will be seen sharing the screen with Raghava Lawrence and Nivin Pauly in the Bakkiyaraj Kannan directorial. With Karathey Babu, helmed by Ganesh K Babu, set for an August 28 release, the actor has joined hands with debut director GND Shyam Kumar for his next. He also has multiple other projects in the pipeline, including the long-delayed Genie and Karthik Yogi's film, titled Bro Club.
