Recently, we reported about Bun Butter Jam director R Raghav Midharth's next film being titled Drones. The film stars Siddhi Idnani, Anjali Nair, and Dravid Selvam, among others. It is produced by GM Morgan through his eponymous banner. On Saturday and Sunday, the makers dropped a poster each offering a first look at Dravid and Anjali's characters in the film. While Anjali is named Rush in Drones, Dravid plays a role known as Kisha in the film.

Dropping the first-look poster for Dravid Selvam's character, GM Morgan Films shared, "The man who has made audiences laugh through countless memorable performances now takes flight in Drones."

Sharing the other poster, they captioned the post, "When madness meets magic! Delighted to welcome the incredible Anjali Nair as one of the female leads into the surreal world of #Drones! A mind-bending cinematic experience is loading."

Dravid is most popular for his performances in the YouTube channel Parithabangal with sketch comedy. He is also known for his roles in films such as Dude and Idhayam Murali. His upcoming films include Once More, co-starring Arjun Das, Aditi Shankar, and Sona Olickal, as well as Suriya's upcoming film with director Jithu Madhavan and co-stars Nazriya Nazim and Naslen.

On the other hand, Anjali Nair is best known for her role as a police officer in writer-director Tamizh's 2022 film Taanakkaran.

Coming back to Drones, the film also stars Devadarshini, Kuraishi, Cinemawala Sathish, Sassi Selvaraj, and RJ Deepak. Recently, the makers described it as "a surreal film with mind-bending fun-ride packed with mystery, chaotic twists, and a cinematic experience that will completely blow your mind!"

On the technical front, the upcoming film has cinematographer Jayanth Sethu Mathavan, music director Hari SR, production designer R Kishore, editor Sathish Suriya, and stunt director PC Stunts.
