Recently, we reported about Arjun Das and Anna Ben, among others, starring in director Harish Durairaj's movie titled Con City. In the recent title teaser, the makers also announced Yogi Babu, Vadivukkarasi, and child artist Akilan as important cast members. Since March 30, they have been making back-to-back announcements about the additional cast members in the film. On Friday, they dropped posters introducing the characters played by Radha Ravi, VTV Ganesh, Arul Doss, Shaji Chen, Dheepa Ramanujam, and Nanda Gopal. In the previous days, they also introduced the characters of Thambi Ramaiah, Ramesh Thilak, Imman Annachi, Baradwaj Rangan, Ponvannan, Madhan Dhakshinamoorthy, Imman Annachi, Sathanand M, and Ragu Esaki.

On the technical front, Con City has composer Sean Rolden, cinematographer Aravind Viswanathan, editor Arul Moses A, and action choreographer Action Sandhosh. The film is produced by Power House Pictures in association with Maali and Manvi Movie Makers and Klout Studios. The recently released teaser showed a bizarre scenario where the main characters get currency notes out of a receipt printing device due to a glitch stemming from a lightning strike. The scenario turns the fortunes of a struggling family around, but what if society learns about the mysterious device behind their latest turn of events?

The makers are yet to reveal a release date, but they reiterated earlier today that it would hit theatres in the near future.

Beyond Con City, Arjun Das also has projects such as Once More with Aditi Shankar, Torpedo with Thudarum filmmaker Tharun Moorthy, and #Love.
