Kayadu Lohar explains her preparation process, says Palli Chattambi will release next year

Kayadu revealed that this process of hers "might change after every other film"

In a recent interview, actor Kayadu Lohar talked about how she prepares for a role in a film. Speaking to SS Music, Kayadu said that, if required, she would go through preparations such as workshops as well as getting familiar with the character's body language, accent and so froth. For example, Kayadu performed comprehensive physical training to be in shape for her character in Pathonpatham Noottandu, her Malayalam debut.

The Dragon star added that she did not undergo any specific training, such as with theatre, before taking up acting as her career. "I just came into films and I have just been doing films," she said, suggesting that she only delivers what her directors expects from her without any major method acting-type preparation.

However, Kayadu revealed that this process of hers "might change after every other film."

Kayadu shared some details about Palli Chattambi, her upcoming Malayalam film with Tovino Thomas, as well. The actor shared that Palli Chattambi "is a beautiful film," that her "look is amazing" in the film, and that it would release next year. She also called it an "interesting period film" before refraining from revealing further details about the film, which is in production.

Kayadu's upcoming projects also include Idhayam Murali with Aakash Baskaran as well as STR 49 with co-star Silambarasan TR and Parking director Ramkumar Balakrishnan.
