The makers of the recently released Kumaara Sambavam dropped the video song 'Vidiyatha Iravondru' on Monday.

The emotional number, composed and sung by Achu Rajamani, with lyrics from the film's director Balaji Venugopal.

The film follows the story of an aspiring filmmaker (Kumaran), who is forced to sell his family property to give wings to his tinseltown dreams, but he faces problems in the form of his activist tenant and the troubles that he brings with him.

The comedy film opened to mostly positive reviews upon release. An excerpt from the CE review reads, "Imagine a Vikram-style whodunit meeting the quirkiness of a Poi Solla Porom with the conviction of a Kadhalikka Neramillai and an Ullathai Allithaa. Of course, time will tell if it becomes endearing like these films, but for now, this Balaji Sambavam gets it mostly right."

The film that marks the debut of Kumaran Thangarajan as the lead also stars Payal Radhakrishna, GM Kumar, Elango Kumaravel, Bala Saravanan, Vinoth Sagar, and Livingston in crucial roles.
