Raiza Wilson, who was last seen in Karungaapiyam, has signed up for her next titled Nova Phase 1 - The Arrival. The upcoming film, which will mark her theatrical appearance after two years, is written and directed by Milo.

Raiza seems to be playing a warrior, going by the first look poster that was released on Friday. Further details about the plot and extended cast are yet to be announced.

On the technical team, the film has cinematography by Christo Bob, music by Yuvaraj Chandran and edits by Prem B. Nova is co-directed by N Manikandan.

Known for her stint in Bigg Boss Tamil's first season, Raiza rose to fame with her performance in director Elan's Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, in which she pairs with another Bigg Boss contestant, Harish Kalyan. Her other credits include Vishnu Vishal-Manu Anand's FIR, Prabhu Dheva's Poikkal Kuthirai and Sundar C's Coffee With Kadhal.
