The makers of Vishnu Vishal's recent thriller film Aaryan dropped the single 'Naan Ingey' on Friday.
The number depicts the lead from the film, doubting his intelligence as his investigation comes to a dead end. Composed and sung by Ghibran, along with Yazin Nizar and Bhritta, 'Naan Ingey' is penned by Selvamira.
The film that opened on Friday to mixed reviews follows a serial killer, Alagar (Selvaraghavan), who wants to prove to the world that committing a perfect crime is possible, with police officer Arivudai Nambi (Vishnu Vishal) determined to pull out all the stops to put an end to Alagar's killing spree. An excerpt from the CE review of the film reads, "For any investigative thriller worth its salt, it isn’t enough if the thrills are in place. The investigation needs to be on point, and it must, ideally, outsmart the audience and subvert their expectations. Unfortunately for Aaryan, it is the police that are constantly hoodwinked, and they come across as both clueless and listless."
Apart from Vishnu Vishal and Selvaraghavan, the film also stars Shraddha Srinath and Maanasa Choudhary.
Produced by Vishnu Vishal's Vishnu Vishal Studioz, Aaryan is penned by the actor's FIR collaborator Manu Anand. The film's technical crew has changed, with Harish Kannan now taking over as the cinematographer from Vishnu Subash. The team also includes music composer Sam CS and editor San Lokesh.
