Netflix picks up Tourist Family director Abishan Jeevinth's first film as actor

Anaswara Rajan also plays a key role in the film

Recently, we reported about Tourist Family director Abishan Jeevinth making his acting debut opposite Anaswara Rajan in a film directed by Madhan. Earlier today, the makers of the film took to social media to announce that Netflix has acquired the rights to stream the film after its theatrical release. Soundarya Rajinikanth and MRP Entertainment are presenting the film, while Pasilian Nazerath and Magesh Raj Pasilian are producing it.

Today also marks director Madhan's birthday. Abishan shared on social media a photograph featuring him with Madhan and wished the latter a happy birthday. In his post, Abishan expressed his gratitude to his first director for "the trust and belief" the latter showed in him. The Tourist Family filmmaker went on to add, "Watching you from Co-Director to Director fills me with pure joy and pride. You’re destined to reach great heights, and I’m so happy to be witnessing it alongside you. Always stay the same - cheerful and grounded. This film will always hold a special place in my heart."

The film has Shreyaas Krishna as the cinematographer and Sean Roldan as its composer. Shreyaas is best known as the cinematographer of Retro, starring Suriya and directed by Karthik Subburaj. On the other hand, composer Sean Roldan's most popular credit is Velailla Pattadhaari 2.
