The makers of actor Kishore's upcoming film Indian Penal Law (IPL) dropped the first single from the film titled 'Appo Ippo' on Wednesday.

The kuthu number featuring TTF Vasan tells how 'badly' the times have changed that women are no longer 'modest' like the 'good old days'. Composed and sung by Ashwin Vinayagamoorthy, the song is penned by Gana Ruthra.

Debutant Karunanithi is directing IPL. In addition to Kishore and TTF Vasan, the film also stars Abhirami, Harish Perady, Bose Venkat and Dileepan in prominent roles.

Produced by GR Madhan Krishnan of Radha Film International, IPL has music by Ashwin Vinayagamoorthy, cinematography by Pitchumani, editing by Prakash Mabbu, art direction by Vengal Ravi, and stunts by Dinesh Subbarayan.

While the makers are tight-lipped about the plot, the first look suggests that the film explores the custodial deaths.

Kishore, who last played a lead in a Tamil film in Haridas (2013), will headline IPL and Dhirav's Mellisai.
