Director-actor Selvaraghavan recently talked about what he likes the most and what he does not fancy much in cinema. Speaking to Galatta Plus, he said, "I love doing stunts, and I have always loved doing it." The actor-filmmaker also disclosed that he is a fan of old Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee films. He has done action in films such as Raayan and Saani Kaayidham, among others. Even in his most recent film, Balti, he has a fight sequence. Despite liking the physical effort that comes with doing action, Selvaraghavan admitted that he is not a fan of dancing for films. "That is the most difficult thing. They would say, 'One-two one-two,' but nothing will happen," he quipped about being involved in the dance choreography process.

The actor-filmmaker shared that there are many good dancers, such as his own brother Dhanush and Silambarasan TR. "I do not know how they dance by bending their bodies and do it with such precise timing. Even my five-year-old is a very nice dancer. I do not know how they all do that," he revealed.

Selvaraghavan added that when directors tell him to dance somehow, he feels conscious of his work. "I feel like, 'There is something wrong' here. Maybe I am not a good dancer. Maybe I am not born to do that."
