With the release of the promo of Vetri Maaran's Arasan, his previous film Vada Chennai is seeing an increase in its viewership, according to Flix Patrol. Arasan, starring Silambarasan TR in the lead, is set in the world of Vada Chennai. Among JioHotstar's Tamil content, Vada Chennai is the fourth most watched, rising a rank.

Other Tamil content on JioHotstar, Paranthu Po, Tourist Family, DNA, and Lubber Pandhu, occupy the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth positions.

Meanwhile, two days after its release on Prime Video, Thanal has occupied the first position amongst the content on the streamer. Starring Atharvaa and Ashwin Kakumanu in the lead, the film was theatrically released on September 12. Coolie, Madharaasi, and Bomb, are occupying the fifth, sixth, and the eighth position amongst the content on the streamer.

On Netflix, The Game: You Never Play Alone, which stars Shraddha Srinath and Santhosh Prathap in the lead, is fifth most watched series on the platform.
