After playing a similar role in the commercially and critically successful 2018 film Ratsasan, Vishnu Vishal dons the police uniform again in his upcoming film Aaryan. The actor is also producing the film, which is slated for an October 31 release in theatres worldwide. Ahead of the film's theatrical release, its makers announced that Netflix has bagged the rights to release it digitally. Written and directed by Praveen K, the film comes with the tagline, "A perfect crime story." The film's recently released teaser shows Vishnu Vishal's character pursuing a criminal, whose modus operandi involves breaking all rules of serial killer psychology.

Aaryan stars Shraddha Srinath in the female lead. Maanasa Choudhary, Selvaraghavan and Avinash Y are also part of the film's cast. Manu Anand is credited as the film's additional screenwriter. For the uninitiated, Manu collaborated with Vishnu on the 2022 film FIR.

On the technical front, Aaryan has cinematography by Harish Kannan, music by Ghibran Vaibodha, and editing by San Lokesh. The film is also set to hit theatres in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Most recently seen in this year's Oho Enthan Baby, Vishnu Vishal's upcoming films also include Gatta Kusthi 2 and Irandu Vaanam.
