Sai Abhyankkar is not new to doubts and questions regarding his work. Starting out as an independent musician, Sai has now signed on to multiple projects in Tamil and Malayalam. But the internet being an unkind place responded with trolls and comments about him.
At a press for his upcoming film Dude, Sai talked about handling the vitriol online. "I am not on Instagram on X, so not knowing what is being caused, is keeping me at peace, primarily. One only gets affected when you are reading those comments which are made about oneself, but I am focused on my work. If I get to work in the morning, my day is spent there by actively focusing on work. So I am not attending any events. I don't read those comments nor do I pay heed to them. And since I am not on any of those platforms I don't get a chance to read the comments."
Sai Abhyankkar started out with publishing songs like 'Katchi Sera' and 'Aasa Kooda', which were well received by the listeners. He made his film debut with the Malayalam film, Balti, which starred Shane Nigam and Shanthnu in the lead.
Dude will mark Sai's debut Tamil film as a composer. Directed by Keerthiswaran, the film stars Pradeep Ranganathan, Mamitha Baiju, R Sarath Kumar, Hridhu Haroon, Rohini, Aishwarya Sharma, and Dravid Selvam. Dude is all set to release on October 17, for the Diwali weekend.
