Dhruv Vikram stands in front of a mirror, next to which is a poster for Pele, the underdog from Brazil who went on to win three world cups for his national side. The frame could be the summary of what the story of Bison Kaalamaadan can be. The film written and directed by Mari Selvaraj is releasing on October 17.
In true Mari Selvaraj fashion, the trailer also shows the relationship between man and animal, with a goat showing up throughout the trailer. The story of the film is based on the life of Kabaddi player Manathi Ganesan. Mari Selvaraj has also penned the lyrics for all the songs of the film, which has music composed by Nivas K Prasanna.
Anupama Parameshwaran, Pasupathy, Ameer, Lal, Rajisha Vijayan, Azhagam Perumal, Aruvi Madhan, and Anurag Arora round out the cast of Bison Kaalamaadan.
