Actor Kavin took to social media to announce that the trailer for his upcoming film, titled Mask, will be out at 2:07 pm tomorrow. Recently, the actor revealed that the film sees him playing a character with a much deeper grey shade in comparison with Dada and Star. Reportedly, Mask stars Kavin as a private detective, along with Ruhani Sharma. The Vikarnan Ashok directorial also features actors Andrea Jeremiah, Bala Saravanan, VJ Archana Chandhoke, and Charlie, among others. Recently, ZEE5 acquired the rights to stream the film online. Vetri Maaran is also part of the film as a mentor and is an erstwhile producer for it as well.

Andrea is producing it through her The Show Must Go On banner along with SP Chockalingam of Black Madras Films. The Vada Chennai filmmaker was attached to the project to produce it through his banner Grass Roots Film Company before the company's closure.

Besides Mask, Kavin's upcoming films include Hi, co-starring Nayanthara and directed by Vishnu Edavan. Coming back to Mask, the film's technical team includes composer GV Prakash, cinematographer RD Rajasekhar, editor by R Ramar, and action choreographers Peter Hein and Vicky.
