'Usure Unna Thaane' from Madras Matinee is a heartfelt tribute to the father-daughter bond

The second single from Madras Matinee, starring Sathyaraj, Kaali Venkat and Roshni Haripriyan in lead roles has been released by the makers. Titled 'Usure Unna Thaane', the song has been sung by Vijay Yesudas with lyrics by Snekan. Directed and written by Karthikeyan Mani, the film is gearing up for release in theatres on June 6.

According to the makers, the film's plotline revolves around an aging sci-fi writer who is challenged by his caretaker to write about the common man. "Reluctantly, he begins the story of Kannan, an auto driver, and his family - only to discover that ordinary life holds unexpected depth and drama," reads the plotline of the film.

Vishva, George Maryan, Archana Chandhoke, Sunil Sukhada, Madhumitha, Chaams, Geetha Kailasam, and Bhanupriya play supporting characters in the film.

KC Balasarangan handles the music for the film, with lyrics by Snekan. Anand GK is the director of photography, Satheesh Kumar Samuski is the editor, and Jacki is the art director. Abhishek Raaja serves as a creative producer with Harikrishnan GA as an executive producer. Dream Warrior Pictures is presenting Madras Matinee.
