A new single from 3 BHK, titled 'Kanavellam' is set to be released on May 21. Siddharth leads the cast for 3 BHK.

Amrit Ramnath has composed music for the film, with Vivek, Karthik Netha, Paal Dabba, and Sri Ganesh serving as lyricists. Amrit Ramnath debuted as a composer with Vineeth Srinivasan's Vashangalkku Shesham.

The cast of the film includes Sarath Kumar, Devayani, Meetha Raghunath, and Chaithra Achar. Chaithra Achar is a Kannada actor who is known for her performance in Sapta Sagaradaache Ello – Side B.

Sri Ganesh, who is known for directing 8 Thottakal, has written and directed 3 BHK. Dinesh Krishnan and Jithin Stanislaus are handling cinematography for the film. Ganesh Siva is the editor, and Vinoth Rajkumar N is the art director for the film. R Sibi Marappan serves as the executive producer for the film, with Arun Viswa producing the film. Shanti Talkies is backing the film.

3 BHK is set to be released theatrically on July 4.
