The makers of filmmaker turner politician Seeman's upcoming film Dharmayutham, dropped the first look poster on Friday.

The poster features Seeman, who is a cop, with RK Suresh and Anu Sithara.

Naam Tamilar Katchi convenor Seeman, served as an assistant director to veteran filmmaker Manivannan, went on to helm films such as Panchalankurichi (1996), Iniyavale (1998), Veeranadai (2000), Thambi (2006), and Vazhthukkal (2008). Following the crescendo of the Sri Lankan civil war that resulted in the death of LTTE leader Prabhakaran, Seeman shifted his focus to politics and floated his party that promotes Tamil nationalism, as he claims Dravidian ideology has been betraying the Tamils all these years.

He, however, made appearances in films such as Mayandi Kudumbathar (2009), Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA (2013), Traffic Ramasamy (2018), and Miga Miga Avasaram (2019), with his last on-screen role in Munthirikkaadu (2023). He will next be seen in an important role in Vignesh Shivan's Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), starring Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead.

Produced by Planet 9 Pictures' RK Sivakumar and Moon Pictures' Adham Bava, the film's technical crew comprises cinematographer Chezhiyan, music composer Vishal Chandrasekhar, and editor Bhuvan Srinivasan.

The film is expected to be a court drama.
