The makers of Netflix's Test, starring Siddharth, Meera Jasmine, R Madhavan, and Nayanthara, released the second single from the film earlier today. Titled 'Hope', the melodious song speaks about the relationship between Madhavan and Nayanthara's characters. It is sung and composed by Shakthisree Gopalan from Rajesh Sridhar's lyrics. Singer Shakthisree Gopalan, who is best known for the song 'Aga Naga' from Ponniyin Selvan, makes her debut as a composer with Test. The song also has Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu versions.

As reported earlier, Test is written and directed by S Sashikanth, as well as produced by Sashikanth under his YNOT Studious banner alongside Chakravarthy Ramachandra. In the sports drama, Siddharth portrays the role of a cricketer and Meera Jasmine plays his pair.

On the technical front, the film has cinematography by Viraj Sinh Gohil, editing by TS Suresh, production design by Madhusudan and Shwetha Sabu Cyril, and stunts by Dinesh Subbarayan.

Test is set to release directly on Netflix on April 4.
