Following re-launching the yesteryear actor Mohan in Haraa, filmmaker Vijay Sri G is set to helm his next film, led by actor Suresh, who catapulted to fame with 1981 film Panneer Pushpangal.

Over the years, the actor has been cast in supporting and negative roles, mostly in Tamil and Telugu. Suresh was last seen in Rewind (2024), a Telugu sci-fi film directed by Kalyan Chakravarthy.

Produced by GV International, a Malaysia-based production company, this film also features an ensemble cast including Dato Ganesh, popularly known as the ‘Malaysian Rajinikanth,’ along with Anithra Nair, Mottai Rajendran, Deepa, Singam Puli, and more. Music is by Rashaanth Arwin of Haraa fame.

Vijay Sri G had made Dha Dha 87 (2019), starring Charuhaasan; Powder (2022), starring Nikil Murukan; and his last film Haraa (2024), led by Mohan.

This yet-to-be-titled film is expected to be a high-octane entertainer. Backed by GV International’s Dato Ganesh and Vishal, the film is being produced on a grand scale.

The film’s shooting is scheduled to commence soon and will take place across India and Malaysia. The title teaser will be unveiled in Malaysia on April 19.
