Paranthu Po clears censorship formalities

The makers earlier said that Paranthu Po will highlight the importance of parents spending time with their children

Ahead of the release of director Ram's Paranthu Po, the makers announced that the film, starring Shiva and Grace Antony, has cleared censorship formalities and has obtained a U certificate from the CBFC.

The recently released trailer depicts Anbu (Mitul), an active and inquisitive child who feels neglected by his parents. The makers earlier said that Paranthu Po will highlight the importance of parents spending time with their children.

The ensemble cast for the film includes Mitul Ryan, Anjali, Aju Varghese, Vijay Yesudas, Dia, Jesse Kukku, Balaji Sakthivel, and Sreeja Ravi.

The crew of the film includes NK Ekhambaram as the director of photography, Mathi VS as the editor, Kumar Gangappan as the production designer, and Stunt Silva as the stunt master. Ram, V Gunasekaran, V Karupuchaamy, and V Shankar are producing the film. JioHotstar, GKS Bros Production, and Seven Seas Seven Hills Productions are backing the film.

The film will release on July 4 along with 3BHK, starring Sarathkumar, Devayani, Siddharth and Meetha Raghunath, and Phoenix, which marks the directorial debut of stunt choreographer Anl Arasu and the lead actor debut of Vijay Sethupathi's son, Surya.
