Ilaiyaraaja and Nasser unite for Kadavulin Veetirkku Sellum Vazhi

After a long time, Ilaiyaraaja is all set to compose music for a film that has Nasser in the lead.

The film titled Kadavulin Veetirkku Sellum Vazhi was officially unveiled on the eve of the composer's 81st birthday. The film is directed by Dhanapal Padmanabhan, who has previously helmed Krishnaveni Panjaalai (2012) and Parandhu Sella Vaa (2016).

Though nothing much is known about the film yet, it is said to be about the endearing journey of a father and a son.

Ilaiyaraaja and Nasser's bond dates back decades. Their other notable collaborations include Nasser's directorials such as Avatharam (1995) and Devathai (1997). Additionally, Ilaiyaraaja has been a part of several of Nasser's films, where the latter has played either an antagonist or a supporting character.
