Ravi Mohan, who is currently busy with Karathey Babu, is debuting as a producer with the Karthik Yogi directorial, Bro Code. Payanigal Gavanikkavum director SP Sakthivel has said that he is "blown away" by the film's script.

Taking to his official X handle, he wrote, "Just finished reading the Bro Code script! I'm BLOWN AWAY by the fantastic writing and fun max treatment throughout! Ravi sir, SJS sir, I'm sure it's a blast in every sequence. It's a sure shot BLOCKBUSTER Mr Karthik Yogi." He added in Tamil, "Don't forget to invite me while shooting that Bangkok sequence." (sic)

Karthik Yogi is known for helming films like Vadakkupatti Ramasamy and Dikkiloona. Bro Code will also star SJ Suryah in a prominent role, marking his first collaboration with Ravi Mohan.

In an earlier conversation with Cinema Express, Karthik said, “Ravi Mohan will be seen in a different avatar in Bro Code. “The character is literally tailor-made for him. When I narrated the story to him, he liked it so much that he also decided to produce it.” He further expressed his gratitude to Ravi Mohan for trusting him with his first production venture.

While plot details remain under wraps, Karthik reveals that the film will be an action comedy. “It’s been a while since a good action comedy has been made. The comedy in Bro Code will be distinct and of a different style,” the director shares. He further mentions that a promo video, which will be unveiled before the film goes on floors in September, will shed more details on the plot and the title’s significance. The film is backed by Ravi Mohan under his banner, Ravi Mohan Studios.

While extended cast details are awaited, the director reveals that the film will have four female leads. Bro Code's technical crew includes composer Harshavardhan Rameshwar of Animal and Arjun Reddy fame, cinematographer Kalaiselvan Sivaji, known for Por Thozhil, and editor Pradeep E Ragav. Costume designer Ruchi Munoth, art director Rajesh A, and stunt choreographer Mahesh Mathew are also a part of the crew.
