After the mixed reception to Thug Life, Kamal Haasan is gearing up for his next venture—KH 237, a high-octane action film directed by acclaimed stunt choreographers-turned-directors Anbariv. Slated to begin shooting in August, the film has already begun generating buzz for its stylish premise and star-studded cast.

One of the most exciting updates about the project, as per a report on News 18, is the addition of actor Kalyani Priyadarshan in a crucial role. The Malayalam actor, who previously starred in Tamil films like Hero and Maanaadu, is set to share screen space with Kamal for the first time. Her presence is expected to bring a refreshing energy and add an emotional layer to the stylish actioner.

Anbariv, the twin brothers who made their mark with their choreography in big-budget spectacles like Vikram and Thug Life, are now taking full creative control as directors. Their signature high-octane stunt sequences are expected to be a major highlight of KH 237. Kamal Haasan, known for constantly reinventing himself, is set to appear in a bold new look with long hair, adding a visual flair to the film’s gritty aesthetic.

With the story and production work already underway, KH 237 is being positioned as a gripping theatrical experience packed with emotion and adrenaline. Backed by a team that thrives on scale and spectacle, the film is one of the most anticipated titles in Kamal Haasan’s pipeline. It will reportedly go on floors in August.

Meanwhile, there's also anticipation for the release of Kamal Haasan-Shankar’s Indian 3, another major release on the horizon. Kamal, who was recently elected to the Rajya Sabha from Tamil Nadu, was recently seen celebrating the milestone with fellow actor and friend Rajinikanth, a moment that went viral on social media.

Last seen in Varshangalukku Shesham, Kalyani Priyadarshan can next be seen alongside Ravi Mohan in Genie. In Malayalam, she has Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira and Lokah—Chapter One: Chandra, in the pipeline.
