Samuthirakani's Ramam Raghavam gets a release date

Dhanraj Koranani, who will make his directorial debut with this film, is known for his works in Attarintiki Daredi and Bhaagamathie

We had reported in August last year that Samuthirakani starrer Ramam Raghavam, directorial debut of actor Dhanraj Koranani who will also be playing the lead in the film, obtained a U/A certificate from the CBFC.

The latest update from the makers of the Tamil-Telugu bilingual is that the film will be releasing on February 28. Dhanraj, who is known for his works in Attarintiki Daredi (2013) and Bhaagamathie (2018), has also penned the screenplay and dialogue of Ramam Raghavam. This film is billed as an emotional family drama that revolves around father-son bonding.

Samuthirakani, who has had over 10 releases last year, including Siren, Rathbam, Garudan, Indian 2, Andhagan, Rajakili and Thiru Manickam, had two releases this Pongal: Vanangaan and Game Changer.

Ramam Raghavam’s ensemble cast includes actors like Harish Uthaman, Pruthviraj, Satya, Moksha Sengupta, Pramodini, and Srinivas Reddy. Music director Arun Chiluvera is the composer. Durga Prasad helms the cinematography, while Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor for the film. The film is produced by Prudhvi Polavarapu under the Slate Pencil banner.
