On Tuesday, Sasikumar took to his official X handle to unveil the first-look poster of Kanna Ravi's next, Madurai Paiyanum Chennai Ponum, starring VJ-turned-actor Angelin. A direct-to-OTT release, the series is all set to premiere on Aha Tamil on February 14.

Madurai Paiyanum Chennai Ponum is helmed by Vignesh Pazhanivel and produced by Sanjay. Happy Hangover Films has created the upcoming series. While details about the series' plot are yet to be revealed, the first-look poster hints that the show will be a rom-com.

Shiyara Sharmi, Kuraishi, and Rahul Raymond also star in the upcoming series. Details about the crew of Madurai Paiyanum Chennai Ponum are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Kanna Ravi was last seen in Lover and Inspector Rishi. Angelin, on the other hand, is known as an anchor and cinema journalist. She will be making her acting debut in the upcoming series.
