It's a wrap for Vijay Sethupathi-Nithya Menen film

The yet-to-be-titled project marks the first collaboration between Vijay and Nithya in Tamil, and it reunites them after the Malayalam film 19(1)(a)

Earlier, we reported about Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen teaming up for a film with director Pandiraj of Pasanga fame. The latest from the project is that its production has been completed. The yet-to-be-titled project marks the first collaboration between Vijay and Pandiraj, and it reunites the actor with Nithya after the Malayalam film 19(1)(a).

Sathya Jyothi Films is producing the film. The production banner is yet to reveal plot or character details, but in the post announcing the completion of filming, it described the film as "an ultimate wholesome entertainer." The film's cast also includes Yogi Babu and Chemban Vinod Jose. The makers are yet to announce further cast members, but they shared a post-shoot photograph that also features actors such as Deepa Shankar, Saravanan, and Roshini Haripriyan.

Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming projects also include Train, with director Mysskin and co-star Narain, Ace opposite Rukmini Vasanth, and the silent film Gandhi Talks alongside Arvind Swami and Aditi Rao Hydari. On the other hand, Nithya Menen has Idly Kadai with actor-filmmaker Dhanush in the pipeline.
