After 21 years since the initial release of Cheran's Autograph, the National Award-winning film is set to get a re-release soon.

The makers made the announcement saying the new trailer for the film will be unveiled later today by eminent film personalities such as Tovino Thomas, R Parthiban, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Prasanna, Sneha, Sasikumar, Pandiraj, Samuthirakani, Pa Ranjith, Aari Arjunan, Chimbudevan, and Vijay Milton.

The romantic drama film written, directed, and produced by Cheran has Senthil Kumar (Cheran), who runs an ad agency, boarding a train to invite his friends and family for his wedding. On his way, he meets people from his past, which then leads him to reminisce about the three most influential women of his love life.

The film, both a critical and a commercial success, went on to win three National Awards under the Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment, Best Female Playback Singer, and Best Lyrics categories.

Starring alongside Cheran were Gopika, Sneha, Mallika, and Kaniha. Autograph was remade in Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali.
