Jana Nayagan audio launch: When and where to watch record-breaking event

The audio launch comes a few days ahead of the release of the film

The Jana Nayagan audio launch that took place in Malaysia on Saturday turned into a festival-like event, so much so that it even entered the Malaysia Book of Records. The massive footfall for the event is mostly attributed to Jana Nayagan being Vijay's final film before his full-time foray into politics. Unfortunately, those in India could only get bits and pieces of the event and not the full ceremony in itself due to country restrictions. However, the Jana Nayagan audio launch is finally set to hit the digital space, with ZEE5 announcing earlier today that it will start streaming the event from 4:30 pm on January 04, Sunday. While there has been much speculation about it coming to ZEE5, this is the first time the streaming platform has made it official.

In a few days, you can watch all the emotional speeches as actors asked Vijay to reconsider his retirement decision, the Anirudh performance, Vijay's final dance to 'Thalapathy Kacheri' and his politically-fuelled speech, and everything in between.

The audio launch itself is so popular that it has been the talk of the town ever since last Saturday. Many industry trackers carried quotes from actors and directors who spoke at the event. Even AI-generated images from the event became all the rage on the internet.

The digital release of the audio launch of Jana Nayagan comes a few days ahead of the release of the film. Also starring Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju, Bobby Deol, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priyamani, Narain, and Prakash Raj, among others, the film is slated for a January 09 release in theatres. It is hitting theatres a day before the release of Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara and starring Sivakarthikeyan.
