Delhi High Court grants protective order for Jr NTR's personality rights

Jr NTR filed a petition earlier in December moving the Delhi High Court for protecting his personality rights, a move done previously by Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna

The Delhi High Court has granted a protective order for the personality rights of actor Jr NTR. The actor filed an appeal with the court earlier this month.

Taking to his X handle, the actor wrote, "I thank the Hon’ble Delhi High Court for granting a protective order that safeguards my personality rights in today’s digital age."

He added, "My sincere appreciation to Supreme Court Advocates Dr. Balajanaki Srinivasan and Dr. Alka Dakar, along with Mr. Rajender and team of Rights & Marks, for their dedicated legal support."

The actor concluded by writing, "Deeply thankful for your steadfast support."

After the actor initially filed an appeal, the court, after which the court ordered the media firms and platforms to remove material that infringed the actor's rights.

Jr NTR's move to protect his rights comes on a year where actors like Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna sought to protect their rights.
